Join me in my home kitchen and experience the joy of sourdough. With 7 years of baking experience, I'll guide you step-by-step — from nurturing your starter to scoring and baking — all in one hands-on session.

These workshops take place in the comfort of my home in Canyon Country, making them personal, cozy, and truly hands-on. They're perfect for mamas and anyone craving slow, simple, homemade goodness. Using my simple, approachable method, you'll leave feeling confident, inspired, and ready to bake beautiful loaves for your family.

What you'll learn

All the basics, hands-on.

You'll learn all the basics — from feeding and maintaining your own starter, to mixing your dough, doing stretch and folds, and understanding bulk fermentation.

You'll leave class with
  • · Your own fed and active starter
  • · A bowl of dough that will finish fermenting at home
  • · A sourdough kit to keep you baking
For baking at home

These aren't needed in class — just for when you bake on your own afterward.

  • · Dutch oven (5.5–6 qt)
  • · Digital scale
  • · Organic all-purpose flour (Kirkland brand recommended)

Baking is better together.

Every workshop is small and personal — just a handful of mamas and friends, gathered around one kitchen table, learning the same slow craft.

You'll leave not just with a starter and a loaf, but with a little more confidence every time you bake for your family.
